Camino Despierto

The Camino Despierto line is, in a way, my reaction to Mission Style. In my interpretation, simple lines flow into sleek, asymmetrical curves, with carefully considered overhangs and undercuts that add to the subtle three-dimensionality of the piece. The result is a design aesthetic that is open and lightweight, that allows the natural beauty of the material to sing without feeling cluttered or overwrought, all in order to bring a sense of freshness and clarity into your home. "Camino Despierto" means "Woken Path." My wish is that these pieces will help channel a feeling of alignment and awakened purpose in your life.

Made of American Cherry, as always, by hand. Finished in garnet shellac for a unique color effect, somewhat closer to the realm of Mahogany.
